2. Description of Services

VeinLife Direct is a telehealth platform that facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers and compounding pharmacy services. The Platform connects patients with independent licensed physicians and nurse practitioners affiliated with NXRX PLLC ("the Medical Group") for the purpose of evaluating, prescribing, and dispensing prescription medications including but not limited to peptide therapies, hormone replacement therapies (HRT), GLP-1 weight loss medications, and ancillary wellness products.

VeinLife Direct is not a medical provider. VeinLife Direct is a technology and administrative services company. All clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe a medication, are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers affiliated with the Medical Group. VeinLife Direct does not practice medicine, does not employ physicians, and does not direct clinical care.

All prescription medications dispensed through the Platform are compounded by licensed compounding pharmacies regulated under applicable state and federal law. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacist to meet the specific needs of an individual patient based on a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber.

The Platform is intended for use only by residents of states where telehealth services and the prescription of the requested medications are legally permissible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your state of residence.

3. Medical Disclaimer & No Doctor-Patient Relationship with VeinLife Direct

VeinLife Direct does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this Platform, including product descriptions, educational materials, and blog posts, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should not rely on any information on this Platform as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

A provider-patient relationship is established solely between you and the independent licensed healthcare provider who reviews your intake and issues a prescription. VeinLife Direct is not a party to that relationship and assumes no liability for any clinical decisions made by the provider.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Platform. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

Prescription medications carry risks. All prescription medications, including compounded peptides, hormones, and GLP-1 agonists, carry potential side effects, contraindications, and drug interactions. The prescribing provider will review your medical history and screening responses to assess your eligibility. However, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in harm to your health and may constitute fraud.

4. Patient Eligibility & Screening

To receive prescription services through the Platform, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a legal resident of the United States in a state where the requested services are available
  • Complete the patient intake form truthfully and completely
  • Not have any contraindications identified in the medical screening questionnaire
  • Have a valid, verifiable identity and billing address

By completing the checkout process and medical screening, you certify that all information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading health information may result in harm to your health, cancellation of your order, and potential legal consequences.

If the prescribing provider determines that you are not an appropriate candidate for the requested medication, your order will not be fulfilled. In such cases, you will receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Please review the Refund Policy section below.
